Welcome to Mytripfirst. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, booking systems, customer support services, payment systems, operational platforms, and all travel-related products or services offered by Mytripfirst and its affiliated operational entities.
By accessing our website, requesting quotations, communicating with our representatives, submitting traveler information, making payments, receiving travel assistance, or otherwise using any portion of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our services.
Mytripfirst is an Online Travel Agency (OTA) and travel technology company that provides travel booking assistance, customer support services, itinerary coordination, and administrative travel solutions for customers worldwide. Our services may include flight reservations, fare comparison assistance, itinerary management, ticket modification support, cancellation coordination, refund request assistance, customer service operations, supplier communication, corporate travel support, and other travel-related administrative services.
Mytripfirst acts solely as an independent intermediary, booking facilitator, or administrative support provider between customers and third-party suppliers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Mytripfirst does not own, operate, manage, or control airlines, airports, hotels, transportation providers, cruise operators, visa authorities, insurance companies, immigration departments, or other travel suppliers. All travel services are ultimately provided by independent third-party suppliers who maintain their own operational rules, schedules, pricing, fare conditions, restrictions, and policies.
Mytripfirst and its affiliated operational entities may operate under common ownership, management, operational partnerships, or administrative arrangements across multiple jurisdictions for purposes including regulatory compliance, banking requirements, payment processing, supplier coordination, operational support, local registration requirements, and tax administration.
Depending on the transaction structure, operational workflow, supplier arrangement, or regional processing requirements, Mytripfirst or its affiliated entities may act as the merchant of record, booking facilitator, payment collection agent, administrative processor, authorized intermediary, or customer support provider for supplier-related transactions.
Customers acknowledge and agree that payments, invoices, communications, customer support activities, or operational processing may be handled by Mytripfirst, affiliated operational entities, authorized payment partners, or third-party processing providers depending on operational and regulatory requirements.
All airlines, hotels, consolidators, transportation companies, travel suppliers, and service providers maintain independent terms, fare rules, operational procedures, cancellation policies, refund limitations, baggage rules, and travel conditions. By confirming a booking through Mytripfirst, customers also agree to comply with all applicable supplier and airline policies, whether or not those policies are separately displayed during the booking process.
Supplier policies may include restrictions relating to cancellations, schedule changes, boarding requirements, fare conditions, promotional pricing limitations, transit requirements, baggage allowances, check-in deadlines, ticket validity, immigration requirements, and name correction limitations. Such policies may change at any time without prior notice.
Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and understanding all supplier restrictions, travel requirements, and fare conditions before confirming any booking.
Submission of a booking request does not guarantee confirmation of any reservation, fare, itinerary, or travel service. A booking shall only be considered confirmed after payment has been successfully processed, fraud screening procedures have been completed, supplier inventory remains available, ticket issuance has been finalized, and a valid booking confirmation or ticket number has been generated.
In certain situations, payments may be collected prior to final ticket issuance due to supplier processing timelines, operational verification procedures, fare validation requirements, payment authorization reviews, or fraud prevention measures.
Mytripfirst reserves the absolute right to reject, suspend, cancel, delay, or manually review any booking, transaction, or payment where pricing discrepancies, inventory issues, fraud concerns, payment authorization problems, supplier restrictions, compliance reviews, technical failures, government regulations, or suspicious activity are identified.
Travel pricing is dynamic and may change at any time prior to final ticket issuance. Quoted or displayed pricing may include base airfare, taxes, airport fees, fuel surcharges, supplier charges, service fees, operational costs, administrative charges, payment gateway fees, and currency conversion adjustments.
Fare increases or pricing changes may occur due to airline inventory fluctuations, market demand, exchange rate movements, fuel price changes, supplier policy updates, government-imposed taxes, technical errors, or operational changes beyond the control of Mytripfirst.
Mytripfirst cannot guarantee the availability of any quoted fare until ticket issuance is completed. Mytripfirst may also receive commissions, markups, operational fees, incentives, or service compensation from customers, suppliers, or affiliated partners for services rendered.
By making payment through Mytripfirst, customers confirm and warrant that they are legally authorized to use the selected payment method, that all billing information provided is accurate and complete, and that all transactions are voluntarily authorized and not fraudulent or unauthorized.
Customers acknowledge that certain bookings may involve non-refundable conditions, airline penalties, supplier restrictions, dynamic pricing risks, exchange rate fluctuations, and operational processing charges. Accepted payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, wire transfers, online payment gateways, and digital payment systems.
Customers further agree that electronic actions, including website usage, checkbox confirmations, email approvals, online payments, digital invoices, WhatsApp communications, electronic signatures, recorded phone confirmations, and online acceptance mechanisms may constitute legally binding acceptance of these Terms and may be used as evidence during chargeback disputes, fraud investigations, legal proceedings, supplier disputes, or banking reviews.
Mytripfirst reserves the right to retain and submit evidence including IP logs, device information, communication records, booking confirmations, invoices, payment authorization data, email history, and call recordings where necessary to defend disputes, investigate fraud, or comply with legal obligations.
Mytripfirst maintains fraud prevention, anti-money laundering, payment security, and compliance procedures designed to protect customers, suppliers, financial institutions, and payment systems.
We reserve the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including government-issued identification, passport copies, address verification records, utility bills, payment authorization forms, banking documentation, or business verification documents.
Failure to complete verification procedures may result in delayed processing, booking cancellation, payment rejection, refusal of service, account restrictions, or permanent suspension of services.
Mytripfirst may cooperate with airlines, payment processors, financial institutions, fraud prevention agencies, regulatory authorities, government agencies, and law enforcement organizations where legally required or operationally necessary.
Customers are fully responsible for providing complete, accurate, and valid information during the booking and communication process. This includes passenger names, passport details, nationality information, dates of birth, travel dates, contact information, visa documentation, phone numbers, and email addresses.
Customers must carefully review all booking details immediately after confirmation and notify Mytripfirst promptly regarding any errors or discrepancies. Failure to report inaccuracies within the applicable timeframe may result in airline penalties, fare increases, supplier charges, denied boarding, cancellation of reservations, or inability to modify tickets.
Customers are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, transit permits, vaccination certificates, immigration approvals, insurance coverage, and any other travel documentation required for their journey. Mytripfirst does not guarantee visa approval, immigration clearance, boarding eligibility, or entry authorization into any country.
Mytripfirst charges separate administrative, operational, and support service fees for travel-related assistance and customer support activities. Such fees may include booking assistance charges, consultation fees, itinerary preparation costs, refund handling fees, operational processing fees, supplier coordination charges, after-hours assistance fees, and customer support service charges.
Administrative and operational work may begin immediately upon customer request. Once operational services have commenced, associated service fees may become fully earned and non-refundable regardless of whether travel is later cancelled, modified, partially used, refunded, or denied by suppliers.
Service fees charged by Mytripfirst are separate from supplier-imposed penalties or airline charges and may remain non-refundable even if partial refunds are approved by suppliers.
Ticket changes, schedule modifications, corrections, cancellations, refunds, rescheduling requests, and travel credits are subject entirely to supplier policies, airline fare rules, seat availability, operational restrictions, fare conditions, and applicable penalties.
Certain bookings may be fully non-refundable, partially refundable, credit-based, penalty-restricted, or promotional fares with strict limitations. Mytripfirst does not guarantee approval of modification, cancellation, or refund requests.
Refund approval and processing timelines depend on airlines, suppliers, banking systems, payment processors, international settlement procedures, and applicable laws. Refund deductions may include airline penalties, supplier charges, operational costs, currency conversion losses, payment gateway fees, administrative fees, and non-refundable taxes.
If any portion of a travel service has been confirmed, utilized, consumed, reserved, partially completed, ticketed, or processed, customers may not be eligible for full refunds even where unused portions remain.
Airlines and suppliers may modify schedules, routes, airports, aircraft types, baggage policies, seating assignments, operational procedures, or travel conditions without prior notice.
Mytripfirst has no control over supplier operational decisions and shall not be liable for airline delays, missed connections, schedule changes, supplier negligence, technical failures, operational disruptions, airport closures, strikes, bankruptcies, insolvency, or other supplier-related issues.
Customers acknowledge that travel operations are controlled by independent suppliers and that Mytripfirst functions solely as an intermediary or administrative service provider.
Mytripfirst shall not be liable for delays, failures, cancellations, losses, or disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, severe weather conditions, government actions, political unrest, war, terrorism, labor disputes, cyber attacks, system outages, public health emergencies, travel restrictions, or force majeure events.
Where such circumstances occur, travel services may be delayed, modified, suspended, or cancelled without liability to Mytripfirst.
Customers agree to contact Mytripfirst and attempt good-faith resolution before initiating chargebacks, payment reversals, banking disputes, or claims with payment processors regarding transactions that were authorized, processed, booked, confirmed, communicated, ticketed, delivered, or partially utilized.
Mytripfirst reserves the right to submit evidence during dispute investigations, including booking confirmations, invoices, payment authorization records, communication history, IP logs, device information, fraud prevention records, supplier confirmations, call recordings, email records, and operational documentation.
Fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or unauthorized disputes may result in cancellation of services, account suspension, legal claims, debt recovery actions, collection proceedings, reporting to financial institutions, or additional administrative charges where permitted by law.
Customer information may be collected, processed, stored, transferred, and shared for purposes including booking management, payment processing, supplier coordination, fraud prevention, customer support, operational improvement, legal compliance, and regulatory verification.
Information may be shared with airlines, hotels, travel suppliers, payment processors, fraud prevention providers, regulatory authorities, government agencies, or affiliated operational entities where necessary to complete requested services or comply with applicable legal obligations.
Customers agree not to misuse the Mytripfirst website, systems, operational platforms, payment systems, or customer support services. Prohibited activities include unauthorized payment usage, submission of false information, abusive behavior toward staff, system interference, pricing manipulation, reverse engineering, unlawful activity, introduction of malicious software, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to operational systems.
Mytripfirst reserves the right to suspend, restrict, terminate, or permanently block access to services where misuse, fraud, suspicious conduct, unlawful behavior, or security concerns are identified.
All content, branding, logos, graphics, written materials, software, trademarks, website designs, operational systems, and digital assets associated with Mytripfirst remain the exclusive property of Mytripfirst or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, resale, or commercial use of any materials is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mytripfirst shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential losses, emotional distress, loss of business opportunities, supplier failures, airline disruptions, immigration decisions, denied boarding, missed travel arrangements, technical interruptions, operational delays, or governmental actions.
In all circumstances, the total liability of Mytripfirst shall not exceed the amount directly paid to Mytripfirst for the specific affected booking or service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the relevant Mytripfirst operational entity conducts business.
Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising from the use of Mytripfirst services shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to the relevant operational entity and governing law.
Mytripfirst reserves the right to update, modify, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms become effective immediately upon publication on the website or official communication channels.
