TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Changes: Terms and Conditions Most tickets cannot be changed. If the fare rules allow changes, there will be a change fee payable by the passenger, along with any difference in fare.

Changes/cancellations may be allowed in some cases within 24 hours of booking confirmation; however, such changes will incur a mandatory service fee along with airline penalties.

Name Changes/Corrections Terms and Conditions: The ticket is not transferable and corrections to passenger names are not allowed once the reservation is confirmed.

No Show: A passenger who does not show up at the airport for the flight on time is considered a NO SHOW. In such cases, the missed flight and all subsequent flights will be canceled and the full amount paid will be forfeited.

Itinerary confirmation Terms and conditions: It is the responsibility of the traveler who has booked with us online or who has booked directly with a customer service agent to review and confirm names, dates, flight numbers, airlines and routes, including all airport changes. If you discover any discrepancies in your itinerary, you are requested to immediately contact our customer service agent within 4 hours of the time the reservation was completed.

If you do not contact us by phone within 4 hours of the completion of the reservation, we will consider the reservation you have made to be acceptable to you and we do not assume any responsibility thereafter for any discrepancies in your reservation.

You are prompted to review and save the itinerary.

Price guarantee: Prices are only guaranteed after ticketing. Terms and conditions for the issuance of the ticket can take up to 24 hours. We ask that you call us if you do not receive your tickets within 24 hours.

Confirmation: In some circumstances, your reservation will provide you with a confirmation number before a ticket is issued. The reservation process is not complete until you have received a ticket number. In some cases, due to unforeseen errors, we may not be able to meet a quoted rate.

Passports/Visas/Health Requirements: Before you book your travel, you need to make sure you meet the passport, visa, affidavit, health, and other requirements of the countries you want to visit and those you’re transiting through (even if it’s for a changed plane). Canadian/US citizens must present a current and valid passport to enter or transit through most countries; otherwise, entry or transit may be denied.

We remind you that living standards and practices at your travel destination and conditions there regarding the provision of utilities, services and accommodation may differ from those found in Canada/USA.

Please note that many countries require your passport to be valid for a period of (at least) six months after your return date. Obtaining passports and visas may require long processing times and entry to another country may be denied even if the required information and travel documents are complete. We do not accept any responsibility if you are denied boarding or deported for any reason, including your age.

Credit/debit card: You agree to authorize the ticketer to charge or partially charge your credit/debit card number for the amount shown as the grand total.

Basic Economy: All tickets are booked in Basic Economy unless otherwise specified. Such tickets do not include checked baggage and are not available for upgrade.

Seats, meals, frequent flyer and other special requests:
Please note that your seats, meals, frequent flyer and other special requests are just requests.

The service fees we charge for making such special requests on your behalf are non-refundable for services rendered and do not guarantee any particular result.

We do not guarantee that you will be assigned the seats you have requested. We also do not guarantee that the airline will accommodate your meal(s), frequent flyer, and other special requests. Therefore, it is recommended that you contact your airline directly to confirm these requests prior to your scheduled departure date.

Obligation of the Client: It is always important that the client confirm their flights with the airlines 24 to 72 hours before departure, especially if they are already traveling. You should periodically check emails for updates on flight schedules and respond in a timely manner.
