Refund And Cancellation Policy

At MyTripFirst.com, refunds are subject to the conditions of the rates or services purchased. Below are the details:

  • Refund Requests: Clients can request a total or partial refund for services or products purchased directly through MyTripFirst.com. Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the purchased services, which we disclose at the time of booking. The response time for refunds depends on the service purchased or the service provider. MyTripFirst.com is not responsible for third-party providers who do not authorize refunds based on their cancellation policies.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Administrative fees are non-refundable. We may apply an administrative charge to the refund process, depending on the product purchased.
  • Refund Process: Refunds will only be issued to the payer, using the same payment method used at the time of purchase. The refund process may take between 30 to 45 business days after receiving all the required information and approval from MyTripFirst.com’s refund department.
  • Cancellation and Refund Request: To initiate a refund, the following documents are required:
  • Copy of the payer’s ID
  • Copy of the bank certification of the payment method used
  • Copy of the voucher for the service to be refunded
  • For force majeure cases (illness or death), provide additional documentation:
    • Clinical history (for illness of the traveler or first-degree relative)
    • Civil registry copy (for proof of first-degree consanguinity)
    • Death certificate (in case of death)

Important Note: For flight cancellations and refunds, you may also need to visit the airline’s website if the flight was booked directly with the airline.
